A Journey Through Terrain Medicine – A Celebration of Growth, Healing, and Future Visions
Welcome to a very special episode!
We’ve reached the impressive milestone of 200 episodes of the Spectrum of Health podcast, and to celebrate this incredible journey, I’ve invited my close friend, Kelly Kennedy, to take the helm. Together, we reflect on my path from a traditional medical background to becoming a leader in terrain medicine, integrating the ancients’ timeless wisdom with modern medicine’s innovations.
Today, we go back to the beginning, tracing my fascination with natural medicine to encounters with an elder from my hometown, my work in Aspen, and the profound impact of Louise Hay’s book and my dear friend, Julie Neal. We explore the myriad therapies I’ve delved into and discuss how my patients – my greatest teachers – have shaped my practice. We also touch on my voyage through brain surgery and the priceless role of a robust support system during such life-altering experiences.
As we navigate this reflective episode, Kelly and I discuss how I utilized various powerful tools to prepare for brain surgery, heal, and recover. I share my vision for a future of medicine rooted in energy, frequency, and vibration. As we recall the past and envision the future, we express our heartfelt gratitude to you, our listeners, who have been an integral part of this journey.
Tune in as we celebrate our 200th episode, and look forward to continuing our exploration of the spectrum of health.
Here’s to many more learning, growing, and healing episodes together!
