Dr. Summer Beattie, ND, born and raised in Alaska, completed her undergraduate Bachelor degree in Exercise Science at La Sierra University in California, and in 2004 received her graduate degree as a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine at Seattle’s Bastyr University. She spent nearly eight years in primary care and served two terms on the Board of Directors for the Washington Association of Naturopathic Physicians before accepting a position at a varicose vein surgery center in Alaska.
