Years ago, I had the fortune to cross paths with a remarkable woman, Heathar Parisi. As our friendship blossomed, so did the enrichment of my understanding of women’s health, mainly through the lens of hormone optimization. Heathar, a board-certified family nurse practitioner with an expansive healthcare background, joins our podcast to share her knowledge about supporting women’s bodies, particularly during menopause.

Heathar takes us on her journey of overcoming adversity, including being diagnosed with colorectal cancer after the birth of her first child. This transformative experience led her to a holistic approach to healthcare, incorporating visualization and dietary changes. This intimate conversation is more than a testament to human resilience; it conveys the importance of taking charge of our health.
