We start our first week in preparation of the Full Moon, as we awaken ourselves and gain a deeper understanding of the role of estrogen in our bodies, review how endocrine disruptors, or having estrogen dominance or low estrogen, impacts our health and how healthy estrogen metabolism and what you’re eating can do to help balance your hormones.
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Ut elit tellus, luctus nec ullamcorper mattis, pulvinar dapibus leo.
In our second week, we focus on why the lack of proper removal of waste and toxins prevents your body from healing and being able to perform its daily functions. Learn how you can support your liver and why healthy bile flow is essential to our endocrine system.

When we approach our third week, we begin to prepare for the New Moon ahead of us as a time to reset and go deeper inward, and focus on opening up our bodies to optimize lymphatic flow. Your lymphatic system is an intricate network that connects throughout your entire body, draining cellular waste and toxicants from the extracellular space. Learn how to take your lymphatic drainage to the next level and why a congested or stagnant lymph often leads to hormonal imbalances.
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Ut elit tellus, luctus nec ullamcorper mattis, pulvinar dapibus leo.
In our final week of the program, we move to how and why we need to support progesterone in the body. You will learn how to restore balance to your monthly rhythms with deeper understanding about the peaks and valleys of when we produce more progesterone and when we crash from a decrease in it, and what you can do when you’re not naturally producing the right levels.

From a morning yoga to refresh and awaken you, to connecting with each other about the journey you’ve just been on through these 28 days, to what a post-lymph cleanse maintenance strategy looks like.
We wrap with a closing circle with Dr. Christine Schaffner and other practitioners, you will leave feeling inspired and prepared to continue integrating your new knowledge and experience the power of restoring your body’s sacred connection with the natural rhythms of nature. READY TO RESTORE YOUR BODY?
“I am blown away with how much I learned in such a short amount of time. The Lymph & Hormone Cleanse was more than I ever expected. The optimal lymphatic function is so vital for great health and detox yet so under-appreciated by so many practitioners (I’ve worked with many over the last 10 years and none have focused on this area).”
